JANITORIAL SERVICEs NEEDED BY TOWN OF DOLORES IN TWO LOCATIONS Please send letter of interest to Leigh@townofdolores.com and bid to do work above. The Town of Dolores is looking for Janitorial services for the Community Center at 400 Riverside in Dolores. The job would include the following requirements: o Weekly cleaning to include: o Sweeping floor o Mopping floor o Emptying Trash o Cleaning Bathrooms o Kitchen touch up o Monitor Event schedule. o Monthly buffing of the floors. ( Equipment available) o Twice per year - strip floor and reapply wax. (Equipment available.) o There will be event work available. This is project-based work and will be for a flat fee. Additionally, we will need twice monthly cleaning of the Town Hall located at 601 Central Ave to include: o Clean bathrooms o Clean Kitchen o Vacuum floors with carpet o Sweep and Mop floors without carpet o Dust the Boardroom Please include three references.
