Renovation of a municipal facility in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope involves reviewing referenced structural, electrical and mechanical drawings to determine the fullscope of the project The contractor must purchase and install specified equipment and maintain existing functionality. The contractor must also demo equipment per drawings. All equipment that is demolished must be left on the job site; the contractor will coordinate with Yuma County Facilities Management HVAC Supervisor to transport demo equipment to storage yard at 2725 S. Avenue B, Yuma, AZ. The storage yard and job site locations are adjacent to each other. The contractor is responsible for removing all trash from the jobsite at the end of each equipment installation. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or Proposal bond, with a properly executed Power of Attorney attached, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the proposal payable without condition to the County. RFI Deadline 5/24/2024 @ 5:00 PM Addendum Deadline 5/28/2024 @ 5:00 PM In accordance with the Uniform Standard Specifications, all work including labor and material shall be guaranteed against defective workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of acceptance.
