On April 24, 2024, at the Chelmsford Water District's annual meeting the Board of Water Commissioners took a vote authorizing the approval of the construction of 2 new PFAS Treatment Plants in the District, along with a raw water transmission line because of high levels of PFAS in the District's water supply. The Board of Water Commissioners has taken the necessary steps for the project to be included for approval by the State Revolving Fund ("SRF"). The 2 treatment plants and raw water distribution line is currently being designed. Project Owner's Project Manager (OPM) services for two PFAS water treatment plant removal buildings. Scope OPM services Time Period for Completed Project June 2024- June 2028
