Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Athol, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project will consist of several items including water, wastewater, roadway, and sidewalk improvements. Water mains along Canal, Lumber, and Jonson Streets will be replaced with new ductile iron water mains and associated appurtenances. Existing sewer in Canal and Lumber Street will be CIPP lined, and sanitary manholes added along the existing sewer alignment. Canal and Lumber Streets roadways will be reestablished with new pavement, minor grade changes to improve drainage and curb lines, and sidewalk restoration.
