Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Athol, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Remove, replace existing asphalt in parking lot area of the Athol Train Station. 1. Remove existing fencing at gates to accommodate grinding and repaving. Posts to remain. 2. Grind existing pavement down 2 inches from existing elevations. (approximately 22000 sq.ft) 3. Apply applicable binders to ground areas as to bond new topcoat of asphalt. 4. Apply 2 coat of new finish grade asphalt to entire area. 5. Restripe all existing areas. 6. Reinstall fencing and gates to original conditions. Deadline for Questions: Friday, October 18, 2024 @ 10AM Repave Parking Lot/Road at Athol Historic Train Depot Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
