Stony Brook WWTF Painting Project Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK A. Items of work include but are not limited to the surface preparation and coating of the following: 1. Previously painted surfaces to be recoated: a. Exterior of Aerobic RBC steel tank vessel, including steel pipe flanges, flange rails, and steel splitter box along with connecting steel pipe flanges, and check valves. b. 18 inches below water line of Aerobic RBC interior steel baffles and interior steel tank walls. c. Full Interior of steel clarifier tank vessel including internal clarifier components including but not limited to rake arms, center columns, and drive. d. Exterior of steel clarifier tank to the maximum accessible extent, including connected steel process pipes and pipe flanges. e. Steel catwalks, grate supports, and railings attached to clarifier. f. Touch up painting in areas of demolished items. g. Replacement of any painted signs/stencils on pipes or tanks covered by recoating work.
