Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, 39M, The project consists of providing the School with play structures for the 2-5 and 5-12 age groups (playground equipment to be purchased directly by the Town), along with several ADA accessible components, poured in placed protective rubber surfacing, new ADA/AAP walkways, sand pit, protective perimeter fencing around the facility, and all the work incidental thereto, in accordance with the specifications and conceptual plans as prepared by Nesra Engineering, LLC. Note: Once the new playground facility is constructed, the old playground structures will need to be demolished. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
