The Town of Westford, the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from experienced, qualified contractors for the construction of the Forge Village and Nutting Road PFAS Treatment Upgrades. The work consists of the following major items: 1. Construction of a new 3.02 MGD PFAS WTP housing PFAS filter vessels at the Forge Village WTP site located at 60 Forge Village Road. The new PFAS WTP building will be approximately 4,536 square feet constructed of masonry walls, wood roof trusses, an asphalt shingle roof, block veneer, and is inclusive of process, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. 2.Construction of a new 3.37 MGD PFAS WTP housing PFAS filter vessels at the Nutting Road WTP site located at 19 Nutting Road. The new PFAS WTP building will be approximately 4,536 square feet constructed of masonry walls, wood roof trusses, an asphalt shing roof, vinyl siding, and is inclusive of process, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA.
