Water Reclamation Plant Disinfection Basin Upgrade The Rochester Water Reclamation Plant Disinfection Basin Upgrade project is a modification requiring demolition and new construction in the existing disinfection basin and adjacent building. Primary work includes the demolition and installation of concrete walls and walkways, fiberglass wall panels, installation of a flume, replacement of electrical gear with a small electrical panel and control panel, and installation of small diameter piping and valves.
