Remodeling of a data center facility in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a data center facility.

Owensboro Municipal Utilities is requesting bids for a construction project the Customer Service Center (CSC) building located at 2070 Tamarack Rd Owensboro, KY 42301. The project consists of an interior remodel of portions of the existing building, per the Construction drawings; including new framing for new offices on the 2nd floor, electrical wiring and mechanical distribution for said rooms, fire suppression system upgrades as required for the new layout, mechanical distribution upgrades for an office on the 1st floor and an office on the 3rd, and a remodel of the executive kitchen and adjacent rooms on the 3rd floor. A formal agreement shall be executed by both parties following award and before commencement of work with terms and conditions agreeable to OMU.
