Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grayling, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

ORS#: ORS-000062 Project Number: 2024 Loading dock reconstruction to include the installation of a downward sloping ramp which will slope to achieve a 48" dock height. This project will also include the expansion of the adjacent dumpster storage area. Site Work - There will be demolition of the existing dock, steps, railing and approximately 2,300 sq/ft of concrete pavement. Excavation and installation of subsurface drainage system for proposed new trench drain at new loading dock. Site restoration work including topsoil, seeding, mulching. Concrete/Masonry - Install foundations for new 8' x 16' loading dock landing and sidewalls of new ramp, install 9' x 12' bar grating, custom trench drain, approximately 3,260 sq/ft concrete flatwork (6" thickness), includes dock floor, ramp and driveway/dumpster staging area.
