(IDL) to be the Construction Manager (as defined in CCDC5B) for the Coldwater River Expanded Protection Area (CEPA) North Dike project. The CEPA North Dike projects involves various rip-rap, earthworks, and associated works in order to construct a dike along the Coldwater River in Merritt as part of the City's Flood Management Works. The approximate civic address adjacent to the works is 1298 Coldwater Avenue, Merritt, BC. On this Project, IDL Construction Inc. is acting as Construction Manager for the City of Merritt (the Project Owner) under the CCDC5B Construction Management for Services and Work Agreement. The City of Merritt shall have no contractual relationship whatsoever with any potential supplier or subtrade contractor that submits a quotation to this process detailed herein. This quotation process shall be conducted solely by IDL Construction Inc., and all inquiries shall be directed to the IDL contact named herein. Acting in its capacity as Construction Manager for the Project, IDL hereby invites quotations for performance of the following supply (sub-trade) works for the CEPA North Dike project: TP#1 - Supply only of 100kg and 250kg Rip-Rap
