Site work for a civil project in Merritt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
This project consists of the installation of two bridges and one major culvert: One 15.6-meter concrete slab bridge at 7.2km on Lower McPhail FSR (K1805). The bridge is 7m wide has GRS retaining walls that will need to be designed (signed & sealed by a Professional Engineer) as part of this contract. One 10.6-meter concrete slab bridge at 6.5km on Thynne FSR (K1785). The bridge design also includes the stream reconstruction. One 2.4m X 17m long culvert at 3.3km on Thynne FSR (K1798) Service will include coordinating delivery (delivery provided by bridge supplier) and unloading of new structures at each site (K1805 & K1785). Service will include the sourcing and placement of riprap and completion of all new approach road works at each site. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Award is subject to final approval.
