Renovation of a water / sewer project in Henderson, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of July 12, 2024, project is on hold. No definite date for rebid.** Question Deadline 06/20/2024 Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER and will be accepted until one week before the bid opening. The Work of the Project generally consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), install approximately 370 STEP tanks, Septic Tanks, and Grease Traps, +/- 13,000 LF of gravity sanitary sewer piping, +/- 45,800 LF of pressurized effluent service lateral piping, +/- 64,000 LF of 2"-6" effluent force main piping, and other associated work. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the OWNER, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or acceptable Sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER and will be accepted until one week before the bid opening The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the OWNER
