This work is to include trail rehabilitation on: Bellerose Drive from (Evergreen Drive to Erin Ridge Drive) The City of St. Albert owns and maintains approximately 85 Km of asphalt trails. They are assessed using a condition rating system from "1" to "5". Each year the City of St Albert prioritize actions addressing locations with condition ratings greater than 3.5, with emphasis of removal of safety related concerns. The Deliverables under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: Mobilization and Demobilization 1 Temporary Traffic Control, Tree Protection, and Project Signage 1 50mm Overlay of asphalt concrete Light Traffic (LT) on existing trail surface. Including track coat, crack sealing and organic grass/weed removal prior to overlay 1240 l.m Remove and dispose of asphalt trail surface and replace (pave) with 75 mm of asphalt concrete Light Traffic (LT). Include trimming of roots as approved by certified arborist within the trail base area, providing additional granular base from disturbed areas, recompacting base within areas of asphalt removals 380 .m. Placement of 24-inch depth Root Barrier panels 380 .m.
