This is a Solicitation for 75H70124R00043 Lower Brule Indian Health Center (IHC) Pharmacy Renovation, located in Lower Brule, SD. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for the renovation of the Lower Brule IHC pharmacy to meet the compounding requirements of USP 795, 797, and 800. All work is to be completed in accordance with the design documents provided for this project. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204.
