Reference Number 0000352962 The City of Balch Springs, Texas, is seeking to enter into a professional services contract with a qualified and experienced contractor firm to provide streetscape, landscaping and/or design turnkey services on two public streets located along Mercury Road (Beltline Road to McKenzie Road) and Elam Road (Hickory Tree Road to I-635) as outlined in the attached map exhibits and in accordance with the Balch Springs 2036 Comprehensive Plan and Draft City of Balch Springs 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The project shall be completed in phases. The estimated budget for the initial phase of this project is $105,000.
