Maintenance and Support Services for the Security Camera System located at VHC Redding. Pre Bid Conference(N/A) The Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) invites you to review and respond to this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Maintenance and Support Services for the Security Camera System, located at the Veterans Homes of California (VHC)-Redding. In submitting your RFQ, you must comply with the instructions found herein. Failure to comply with any of the requirements may result in the rejection of your offer. The services required are delineated in SOW Exhibit A, Statement of Work. Please read the enclosed document carefully. To submit a quote for this solicitation you must comply with the instructions contained in this document as well as the requirements stated in SOW Exhibit A, Statement of Work. By submitting a quote, your firm agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this RFQ. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure CalVet receives delivery of all documents in full by the stated submission dates throughout the RFQ. Quote submissions may not be hand delivered. U.S. Mail and other courier service deliveries will not be accepted. Receipt of a Quote outside of these submission instructions will be rejected. All candidates submitted by the Contractor must be available during the term of Agreement. The selected Contractor and proposed staff must be able to meet the requirements of the RFQ and be ready to begin work on the anticipated contract start date of June 25, 2024, unless notified otherwise by CalVet. The anticipated term of this Agreement begins on the date indicated on the Standard Agreement (STD. 213), for a term of three (3) years at the rates specified on the Contractor's submitted RFQ Appendix C, Cost Worksheet.
