The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make Award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD. BID SECURITY: Each Bid Proposal of $100,000 or greater must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the amount of the Bid Proposal, or in lieu thereof a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid Proposal. All Bid Securities shall be made payable to the City of Sioux Falls. Bid Bonds shall be issued by a Surety authorized to do business in South Dakota.
