The Service Provider (Proponent) must have significant (>10 years) experience with the design, engineering, and modelling of wastewater collection systems. The Service Provider must have a license to practice in the Province of Nova Scotia. The proposal must demonstrate a thorough understanding and complete response to the specific requirements of this project as set out in the Request for Proposal.
