Ng is Seeking a Qualified Consultant ("the Proponent") to Provide Project Management, Coordination, Architectural, Engineering, and Inspection Services for the 2024 Home Repair Program Within the Five Inuit Communities of Nain, Hopedale, Postville, Makkovik, and Rigolet. The Program Comprises Repairs to 75 Homes (the "Program"). Repairs Include Carpentry (Interior and Exterior), Groundwork (Civil), Wett (Wood Stoves), Plumbing, and Mechanical. An Exhaustive List of Repairs Required Can Be Found in Appendix a. Project Description
The Ng Intends to Complete the Program to Provide General Home Repairs to 75 Labrador Inuit Households in the 5 Inuit Communities of Nunatsiavut. Assessments Have Been Completed by Ng and the Proposed Scope of Work for Each Residence Has Been Established. Refer to Appendix a for an Exhaustive List of the Repairs Required to Be Completed to Each Home (Addresses and Photos Will Be Provided to the Successful Proponent). It is Noted That Some of the Repairs Have a Priority Over Others - These Have Been Identified in Appendix a With Suffix "Emerg". The Number of Homes to Be Repaired Per Inuit Community Are as Follows:

Makkovik-8 Homes
Postville-4 Homes
Hopedale - 19 Homes
Nain-29 Homes
A Summary of the Type of Work to Be Completed is as Follows:
Carpentry, Exterior:
Replacement of Roof Shingles, Sheeting, and Trim.
Addition of Insulation and Cladding.
Installation of Exterior Doors, Landings, and Concrete Pads.
