The Contractor shall service the elevator and all elevator equipment described in section 5 of this document. During these quarterly inspections, the contractor shall lubricate and grease all applicable elevator components, inspect, and notify the Trinidad Dam project POC of any repairs or component replacement that, in the contractor's judgment, should be accomplished. Repair and/or replace components as described in section 5 of this document. The contractor's contract manager, or alternate, shall coordinate services as detailed in section 1.6.3.1. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year: Date of Award - December 31, 2024 (Quarterly Inspection/5-Yr Load Test/Annual Inspection) Option Year I: 12 months from award of modification (Quarterly Inspection/Annual Inspection) Option Year II: 12 months from award of modification (Quarterly Inspection/Annual Inspection) Option Year III: 12 months from award of modification (Quarterly Inspection/Annual Inspection) Option Year IV: 12 months from award of modification (Quarterly Inspection/Annual Inspection) Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Intake Tower, at Trinidad Dam, Las Animas County, Colorado.
