Reference Number 0000355177 Job Location: 2309 E Main St, Trinidad, CO 81082 Replace existing justice center furnace with a Carrier 96% 2 stage 100,000 BTU furnace Scope: Las Animas () is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors/bidders to remove a non-functioning furnace and replace it with a new fully functional Carrier 96% 2 Stage 100,000 BTU Furnace. Completion deadline date is 3:30 September 30, 2024, unless a change order allowing for an extension has been authorized by the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received which, in the Board's opinion, do affect the general intent of the bid nor prejudice other Bidders. In addition, the Board can reject, for good and compelling reasons, any and all bids received. Conditional bids, or those which take exception to bid specifications detailed herein, may be rejected.
