Site work for a water / sewer project in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of work to primarily include the following: Installation of 661 L.F. of 8-inch sanitary sewer line with associated manholes. Removal of existing sanitary sewer line and manholes. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid a guarantee in the form of an acceptable bidder's bond, a certified check, or a cashier's check on a solvent bank in the state of Oklahoma, and in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder shall execute a contract within 14 days of Notice of Award by the city. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions regarding the bid package should be submitted through electronically. The successful bidder shall file a performance bond, maintenance bond, statutory bond and certificates of insurance in the statutory amounts for public liability and workers compensation insurance at the time of signing the contract. Any agreement entered into as a result of this invitation to bid shall be construed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and the venue for enforcement of the agreement shall be Payne County in the State of Oklahoma.
