Site work and renovation of a conference / convention center in Weston, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, security fencing, tools, and safety measures to construct an AV Conversion Room at the Administrative Services Center (ASC). The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing equipment and furniture in the room, providing a new room, interior finishes, partitions and light fixtures. The work shall be in accordance with the project documents attached herein: a) Scope of Work (Section 1.03 below); b) Bid Set drawings: Sheets 1 thru 7 attached; and c) Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order (Exhibit A), attached: Along with the bid quotes, all proposers shall provide the necessary documentation to demonstrate that they meet the following qualifications: 1. Bidders shall have a minimum of five years of experience in work similar to the scope defined above for this project. 2. Bidders shall have been incorporated and in continuous operation for a minimum of the past five years from the date that this bid is issued. 3. Bidders shall be fully licensed contractors with all required State and/or Local government licenses--copies of the licenses shall be provided. 4. Proposers shall list a minimum of three projects of a similar magnitude, scope, value and trade as this project. The City reserves the right to: a) Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. b) Award to one or more than one proposer as determined to be in the best interest of the City. c) Reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality and to make awards in the best interest of the City.
