CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, and safety measures to perform preventive maintenance, inspection, repair services, testing and measuring and on-call emergency services to the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems in the City of Weston. The work is located at the following City owned facilities. (a) Community Center, Regional Park, 20200 Saddle Club Road, Weston, FL 33327 (b) Public Works Services Center, 2599 South Post Road, Weston, FL 33327 (c) Fire Station #67, 951 Saddle Club Road, Weston, FL 33327 (d) Fire Station #81, 17350 Royal Palm Blvd., Weston, FL 33326 (e) Fire Station #55, 3955 Bonaventure Blvd., Weston, FL 33332 (f) Fire Station #21, 275 Bonaventure Blvd., Weston, FL 33326 (g) Weston Racquet Club, 16451 Racquet Club Road, Weston, FL 33326 (h) Maintenance Shed at Regional Park, 20200 Saddle Club Road, Weston, FL 33327 (i) AYSO Building at Regional Park, 20200 Saddle Club Road, Weston, FL 33327 (j) Tequesta Trace Park Concession Stand, 600 Indian Trace, Weston, FL 33326 (k) Tequesta Trace Park Maintenance Building, 600 Indian Trace, Weston, FL 33326 (l) Vista Park Maintenance Shed, 18800 Vista Park Blvd., Weston, FL 33332 The City reserves the right to: 1. Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Award to one or more than one Contractor as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 3. Reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality and to make awards in the best interest of the City.
