As of November 6, 2025, this Project was cancelled. Quotes (informal bids) shall be accepted from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish eight (8) Honda EU3000iS Inverter Generators with installed 2-Wheel Kit. Proposed cost includes preparation, shipping, offloading at city facility, commissioning, and one hour of training from contractor, all in accordance with the documents attached herein: a) specification (Exhibit A); and b) Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order (Exhibit B). Contractors who cannot provide all the requirements should not offer a bid. Invoice will not be paid until delivery, commissioning, and one hour of training from contractor has been completed. 1. The Contractor shall furnish eight (8) Honda EU3000iS Inverter Generators with installed 2-Wheel Kit. Specification shown in Exhibit A. Proposed cost includes preparation, shipping, offloading at city facility, and one hour of training from contractor, all in accordance with the documents attached herein. 3. Contractor shall deliver all manuals, keys, passwords, and other documentation to City upon delivery generators. 4. Documentation of Honda 3-Year Commercial Warranty must be included. 5. Training, performed by Contractor, shall include transporting, connection, startup, servicing, storage, instrumentation, and alarms. 6. No substitutes shall be accepted.
