Farmington Public Schools reserves the right to terminate any award to the bidder for cause, with liability, upon 30 days' notice from the Purchasing Manager or authorized representative. The contractor will secure and maintain during the term of the contract insurance from and insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Michigan that will protect the School district from all liability (public liability, personal injury and property damage) claims which may arise from operations under the contract. Farmington Public Schools District is seeking bids to provide trash services at 22 buildings. Additional trash containers will be required on occasion.
