Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Farmington, Michigan. Working plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of April 15, 2025, this project is finalizing pre-construction. Construction is expected to start May 5, 2025 and complete August 12, 2025. This Bid Package will consist of separate sealed Bids for the following Bid Divisions: BD 102: Asphalt Paving & Site Concrete BD 103: Selective Demolition BD 104: Concrete Footings, Foundations, & Building Flatwork BD 106: Masonry BD 107: Structural & Miscellaneous Steel BD 109: Roofing & Sheet Metal BD 114: Aluminum Windows, Entrances, Glass & Glazing BD 120: Painting BD 142: Plumbing & HVAC BD 143: Electrical BD 149: Fencing & Gates All Bids must include the following sworn and notarized statements: Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205), the Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210), and the Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in either the form of a bid bond or certified bank check, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid, payable to Farmington Public Schools, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the School District is secured from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid or failure of the Bidder to enter a Contract for performance, Further, the Bidder will execute the Contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s) and file the required bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of Contract but prior to Work commencing. If awarded a Contract, the successful Bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. Farmington Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. Construction is expected to start May 2025.
