**As of September 19,2025, project was awarded to Warren Contractors, awarded amount is $409,433.50.** Construction of a new park, between Grand River Ave and Thomas St, containing approx. 3,500 sft of concrete flatwork, decorative overhead/vertical lighting, many landscape plantings with irrigation, and site furnishings. Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bid
