Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construct a new two-lane urban roadway between the Unity Avenue / Shingle Creek Drive intersection and Regent Avenue. The 1100-foot roadway would include curb and gutter, sidewalks on both sides and storm sewer. Sanitary sewer and water are currently on site. The project is included in the City's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 9, 2025, per owner, this is in their CIP as a potential project, nothing is moving at this time. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
