**As of August 04, 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Brooklyn Park Transfer Station, located at 8100 N Jefferson Highway in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, was constructed in 1989. This Project includes repairs to three areas of the facility. (1) Replace concrete floor in the maneuvering area. (2) Replace curb at the top of the storage pit wall. (3) Replace storage pit concrete wall below the curb. All Project work, inclusive of concrete curing time, must be completed during planned three-week facility shutdown in late October - early November 2025. (1.) Floor replacement in the Maneuvering Area includes demolition of the existing concrete floor, installation of new concrete floor with floor drain replacement. (2.) Curb repairs in the Maneuvering Area include demolition of the existing concrete curb and installation of new concrete curb with a protective steel plate over the curb. (3.) Storage pit wall repairs include removal of asphalt base, removal of loose concrete, and rebar materials. Installation of new concrete wall with associated embeds and rebar material.
