The purpose of this document is to solicit qualifications from professional surveyors to conduct field work and drafting requirements in order to satisfy the requirements of survey instructions (SI's) issued by the Alaska Department of Natural Resources Division on Mining Land and Water for ADL 234033. The City of Valdez Mineral Creek Trails system adjacent to the CRMAA are to be included on the record of survey. Consultant will be responsible for the tasks identified below (not an all-inclusive list): 1. Boundary survey of the CRMAA 2. As-built survey of the Mineral Creek trail system within the CRMAA and immediately adjacent to it. 3. Survey of the Mineral Creek Road through the CRMAA and immediately adjacent to it. Establish the road centerline and 100' ROW. 4. OHW of Mineral Creek through the CRMAA. The City of Valdez is looking to have all field surveying work done during summer/fall of 2024 and 2025, and the final boundary and as-built survey of the area and the trails and all required supporting documentation submitted by December 31st, 2025. All questions will be answered formally in writing via addendum and the City assumes all addenda are received if a response is submitted. The City reserves the right to select the qualified firm and/or firms deemed most beneficial to the City. The Consultant will report to a City Project Manager and will be responsible for meeting all the terms and deadlines contained within the Professional Services Agreement between the Consultant and the City which will be executed at the completion of the selection process.
