Replace Exterior Caulk and Windows - 1881 Pierce Phase 1 Estimated Construction Cost: $180,637.45 The building at 1881 Pierce St is comprised of two adjoining buildings, this Project is to remove and replace caulk over the entire exterior of both buildings The building is clad with pre-cast concrete panels. The caulk used to seal the gaps between panels is starting to fail allowing storm water to penetrate the façade. The existing caulk needs to be removed and replaced around the perimeter of the building provide provided product specifications.
