Ameila Earhart Classroom Furnace Replacements Located at: 400 Packet Landing Rd., Alameda, CA 94502 Project Base Bid. All scope and requirements per the specifications and drawings. This includes the demolition and disposal of seventeen (17) Gas Forced Air Furnaces and installation of new Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed, Carrier Comfort Gas Furnaces. This work also included the removal and reinstallation of existing Pelican Wireless Systems, Climate Management System, including economizer controls, modulating supply and exhaust dampers and all startup/commissioning, testing, adjustment, and balancing reporting Class 20 Warm Air Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning license. Bid Bond of not less than 10% of the bid amount will be required for all bids that exceed $25,000. Certificate of Insurance - naming the AUSD, agents and consultants as additional insured.
