Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Alameda, California. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; for paving for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of: Tenant improvements of the interior and exterior ADA upgrades project is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Exterior Package: 1. Remove existing curb ramps at accessible parking. Remove portion of the existing concrete sidewalk adjacent to the current acc. Parking for the installation of new curb ramps. Remove existing striping, signage, and curb ramps as shown on plans. 2. . Remove existing sidewalk, curb, and landscaping at existing EVCS parking stalls. Remove existing EV charging station but leave concrete pad to install new double charging station. Install new concrete sidewalk flush with existing asphalt for EVCs parking stalls. Also, install detectable warning surfaces, bollards, and curbs with barrier rails. New van accessible and standard accessible parking striping, markings, signage, and wheel stops, see plans. Build up the existing area of the new accessible stalls with asphalts as required to achieve max 2% slope Interior Package: Perform all work shown as shown on construction drawings. Following are the scope of works: 1. Remove existing non-ADA compliant counters, sinks, and other accessories as necessary. See enlarged plans, typ. 2. Install New cabinets and counters at ADA compliant heights, install new ADA compliant sink, faucet, and dishwasher in all breakrooms. Other appliances provided by Owner. Insulate all pipes under sink, typ. 3. Remove existing non-ADA compliant drinking fountains in front of restrooms, so that required clear floor spaces in front of restroom doors are met. Patch, repair, paint see enlarged plans. 4. Relocate existing ADA drinking fountains and install new accessible drinking fountains as required per drawings at ADA compliant heights in new location.
