The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to introduce ferrous and ferric sulfate blend into the plant's influent force main for the removal of dissolved sulfides and control / elimination of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) based corrosion and odor from the point of injection downstream through the City of Pembroke Pines' Wastewater Treatment Plant's treatment process. The project will be conducted in two phases (contingent upon successful completion of Phase 1 as determined by the City): 1. Phase 1: Pilot test and proof of concept 2. Phase 2: Continuous supply of liquid ferrous and ferric sulfate blend and ongoing equipment maintenance
