SCOPE OF SERVICES Review current plan with County officials and Review and update content as needed and in accordance with the requirements of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Guidelines (DNR) for the Development of Community Parks and Recreation Plans. Including the submission of the plan Questions Responses May 13, 2024 The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to award the contract to other than the lowest proposal; to award separate contracts for separate parts of the services required; to negotiate the terms and conditions of all and any part of the proposal(s); to waive irregularities and/or formalities; and, in general, to make award in the manner as determined by the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners, in its sole discretion, to be in the County's best interest.
