As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Cedar Run Creek at Alpine & White Roads The undersigned enclosed a certified or cashier's check on an open solvent bank, or bid bond, in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid, payable to the Leelanau County Board of Road Commissioners as a guarantee of good faith. If the undersigned is the successful bidder, and fails to enter into a contract or to furnish satisfactory bonds to the Board of Leelanau County Road Commissioners The Contractor must submit a complete, detailed and signed MDOT Form 1130, Progress Schedule, to the Engineer within seven (7) calendar days after award and prior to starting work. The Progress Schedule must include, as a minimum, the controlling work items for the completion of the project, as well as the planned dates or work days that these work items will be the controlling operations. The entire project must be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days. Calendar days will be charged on the date work starts, or on the date designated as the starting date in the Progress Schedule whichever occurs earlier. The entire project must be completed on or before the final project completion date of October 12, 2025. All In-stream work must be completed before October 1, 2025 The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid it feels is in the best interest of the Road Commission.
