Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Suttons Bay, Michigan. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Furnishing annual requirements of the following materials: HMA 4EL or comparable HMA 5EL or comparable HMA Materials to be picked up at the vendor's pit. All material must meet the 2020 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. Scales must be certified annually and documentation submitted upon bid acceptance. The vendor must load materials into Road Commission trucks. County will pick up material at plant during months of April through November, as needed. Prior to the start of hauling, the Road Commission reserves the right to sample and test each material. Hauling will begin after approval of the pile based upon test results meeting specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive defects and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Board is in the best interest of the Leelanau County Road Commission. This bid is for supplying the above-described materials and/or services to the Leelanau County Road Commission from the date of acceptance through April 15, 2026. The Road Commission reserves the right to extend these unit prices for an additional period of time of up to 12 months beyond that date by mutual consent of both parties.
