Reference Number 0000411220 The County of Leelanau (hereinafter referred to as the "County") solicits proposals from interested, experienced, and qualified vendors for the purpose of modernization and installation of a fully integrated Access Control and Lighting Control System at the Leelanau County Jail. Successful proposer shall provide all engineering, labor, materials, programming, training, project management, and potential rebates. The work includes removal or integration of legacy components, and installation of new components for jail access controls and lighting controls. The project aims to replace inefficient and obsolete equipment, standardize monitoring capabilities, and provide an intuitive operator platform. In addition to access controls, the Leelanau County Jail is in need of updated lighting with energy-efficient, approximately 30 dimmable LED fixtures and associated controls, enhancing safety, security, and energy efficiency.
