Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Suttons Bay, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, construction of a new wood framed structure, single-story public park restroom facility, new HMA-surface as required, new concrete walks, new site stormwater sewer system, new sanitary drain tie-in, new facility water service, site grading, removals and restoration, and as otherwise defined in the project Contract Documents. Bids must be sealed lump sum. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Electronic copies of bidding documents are available free of charge at the provided website, and registration is required to be included in the Plan Holders List. This is a federally-funded project with additional bidder and contractor requirements detailed in the Contract Documents. DOCUMENTS Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after May 20 th , 2026 by contacting Architect. Documents will be provided to prime bidders only; only complete sets of documents will be issued. Contact Architect a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance to arrange for printing, pick-up. 1. Reproduction & Administrative Fee: $150.00 made payable to the Architect; 2. Shipping: Not available for shipment.
