As of April 3, 2025 project was awarded to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers in the amount $86,269.39 2025 Crack Sealing Bid Overband Crack Fill / Crack Pre-treatment Application The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive defects and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Board is in the best interest of the Leelanau County Road Commission. Hours of Operation: The normal permitted hours of daily operation shall be during daylight hours Monday through Thursday. Work on Fridays and Saturdays will be allowed only when approved by the Road Commission. No work will be allowed on Sundays or Holidays. Progress Schedule: The successful bidder will be required to submit a schedule of work at award of contract, which will indicate starting and completion dates and the order of completion for each project. All work is to be started after May 1, 2024 and completed by June 14th, 2025.
