-Contractor shall provide all manpower, tools, equipment, and material to acquire and install one Main mini split condensing unit with three wall mount units at the VBA Cheyenne WY Regional Office. -Construction shall be in accordance with OSHA, Federal, State, and Local codes and/or requirements. -Construction Wage Determination for Laramie County WY is applicable. -This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) capable of meeting the requirement set forth in this solicitation. -This requirement is a Total SDVOSB set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461, Veterans First Program. Only quotes from SDVOSB concerns that are registered and verified by Veteran Small Business Certification website at sba.gov shall be considered for award.
