As of August 1,2024, project was awarded to Bird Corporation of Inman, Inc., but awarded amount is not available. Spartanburg County is Seeking Bids From Vendors to Perform and Carry Out, Those Services Necessary to Complete the Spartanburg County Community Services Parking Lot Reconstruction. Bid submission info : One (1) unbound original and one (1) unbound copies of the Proposal is required. The outside of your sealed Proposal envelope must be marked: "RFP # 2024047 SPARTANBURG COUNTY SERVICES PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION" followed by your firm's name and address. submit questions by email to Lisa Coleman, Procurement Director, at lcoleman@spartanburgcounty.org. Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Proposal's submission date. Questions submitted after this date may be rejected as not timely. Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County. The successful proposer, within three (3) working days after acceptance of the proposer's offer by the County, shall furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the amount of the total proposal price.
