Description of Project: Spartanburg County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the demolition of structures and site clean-up at locations indicated in this solicitation. The site will be redeveloped in the future. Bid submission info : Office Address: 366 North Church Street, Room1220 Spartanburg, South Carolina 29303. Mark Envelope: Outside of sealed Proposal envelope must be marked: RFP # 2024048" "SPARTANBURG COUNTY DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES" followed by your firm name and address. submit questions by email to Lisa Coleman, Procurement Director, at lcoleman@spartanburgcounty.org Address To: Spartanburg County Government Purchasing Department Room 1220. Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Proposal's submission date. Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County. The successful proposer, within three (3) working days after acceptance of the proposer's offer by the County, shall furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the amount of the total proposal price.
