Qualified Vendor to Provide and Conduct Work License, Bonded, and Insured *This project requires Prevailing Wage, please ensure this is confirmed in submitted proposals. 1. Proposals will be reviewed by County Staff 2. Written proposals will be evaluated for completeness. 3. Lewis County, in its sole judgment, reserves the right to determine which proposals best meet the County's needs. The County retains the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive formalities with or without cause. Question Submission Deadline:June 4, 2024, 11:00am A completed Non-Collusion Affidavit and Local Risk Assessment are both submittal requirements to be considered for this project.
