Food Service Cafeteria Furniture - Cedar Springs High School. The bid shall also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing whether the bidder is an Iran Linked Businessin compliance with PA 517 of 2012. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal Forms included in this invitation to bid, signed by the bidder, in a sealed envelope clearly marked.
