The Qualified Professional Shall Review the Background Reports Identified in Section 3.6 and Undertake the Work Required to: Gain an Understanding of the Housing Landscape Within North Grenville; Understanding This Landscape, Propose Architectural Plans That Achieve and Further North Grenville's Housing Needs. Address Any Changes in Government Legislation. With Information Outlined in the Scope of Work, Prepare Three (3) Shovel- Ready Architectural Plans for Dwellings or Additional Residential Units Meeting or Exceeding the Following Requirements: Ensure That Any Architectural Plans Are Compliant With Section 9 of the Ontario Building Code and Give Consideration to Upcoming Changes to the Ontario Building Code; Provide Bcin or Oaa Number With Their Bid; Ensure That Any Plans Include an Hvac Design Completed by an Hrai Designer Ensure That Any Plans Are Compliant to Eeds; Ensure That the Three (3) Architectural Plans Include: One (1) 2-bedroom Dwelling or Additional Residential Unit One (1) 1-bedroom Dwelling or Additional Residential Unit One (1) 1-bedroom Dwelling or Additional Residential Unit Designed as an Accessible Unit Ensure That Square Footage of the Units is Kept to a Reasonable Minimum. Give Consideration to Designing Units That Would Be Considered to Be "Tiny Homes" or Other Similar Small Dwelling Sizes.
