SCOPE- Project consists of the installation of new secondary water line in Elk Hollow Road & Elk Hollow Circle. Installation of twenty-six (26) new water meters, and the transfer of outdoor water services from culinary water to the new secondary water meters. Approximately 1,710 LF of new waterline. The work to be Performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, backfill material, pavements, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents Removal of all existing asphalt after completion of the water line work, with repair of soft spots and additional roadbse as required, finish grading of road, and 3" of new asphalt. The Engineer's Opinion of Cost for the total project is $650,000.00 to $675,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of The City of North Salt Lake. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder.
